These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Jisung Hong ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the PMF Verify website and services.

Agreement: By accessing or using our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. User Content & Ownership

Since we are a platform that allows you to build landing pages and validate ideas, "User Content" refers to the text, images, and data you upload.

Your Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish using PMF Verify. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.

License to Us

To provide the Service (e.g., hosting your landing page), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Publish content that is illegal, misleading, phishing, or fraudulent.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the PMF Verify platform.

* We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

4. Payment & Subscriptions

If you purchase a paid subscription to PMF Verify:

  • Billing: You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually).
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Jisung Hong DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL RESULT IN PRODUCT-MARKET FIT OR SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS OUTCOMES. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jisung Hong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to use the Services.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
